Google (DE)

Developing a new central team, dedicated to creating a role for Google within German culture; inclusive of team purpose, remit, core offerings, ways of working, skills and capabilities

Pepsico (USA)

Assisted in the roll out of the new Pepsico Operating Model with a focus on the global marketing team; new structure, new working practices, new learning programs and new measures of success

Climate Reality Project (USA)

Restructuring the digital and marketing departments and their working practices so that they could adapt to a new vision, focus on collaboration and rapidly respond to market dynamics

Estee Lauder / Bobbi Brown (London & New York)

Coaching senior team members on adaptive and collaborative ways of working to fuel fresh thinking across their innovation projects

+ Business strategy

Girl Effect Ethiopia

Worked with the Girl Effect Ethiopia team to develop a business and brand strategy roadmap for once DFID funding ceased in 2018. This included a new legal entity structure, staffing plans, business models, revenue streams and potential partnerships. The project was conducted both in the UK and on the ground with the team in Addis Ababa.

Quorn UK

Initiated a comprehensive business analysis, which resulted in a radical growth plan to help the brand shift direction, break out of a stagnant category and reach a new audience

GlaxoSmithKline (UK)

Researched and wrote the stakeholder engagement strategy for GSK’s Cervarix, aiding their competitive tender to be reinstated as the NHS default cervical cancer vaccine


Recurring tutor on the APG Essential Planning Skills course (2014/2015); teaching the first module on ‘Business Fundamentals’

Adidas (Germany)

Defining a ‘mobile first’ approach for adidas across business units (Football, Neo, Running); Identifying a distinct role for mobile, mapping current mobile maturity and prioritising key opportunities/areas of focus across functions

Crafting a clear and comprehensive workshop-centric innovation process for Unilever; helping them to stretch the value of current brands by exploring their credibility and potential within new categories

Adidas (Germany)

Author of the global marketing planning process; a comprehensive step-by-step guide to aid global brand strategy in constructing and prioritising their big focus areas and investments for the year, across all markets

Coca Cola (Australia/New Zealand)

Part of the core team responsible for the origination and launch of the ‘Share A Coke’ campaign in Australia, which picked up seven awards at the 2012 Cannes Lions festival and was subsequently launched in over 70 countries
